School is back in session, sports and extracurricular activities are filling our days, and there seems to be zero time left to take care of ourselves! Self-care, which includes having an organized kitchen, an understanding of what our body needs and a plan for shopping and cooking for the week ahead are essentials for maintaining balance, sanity and beauty! I love running these workshops because like you, I strive to find balance given the demands of my 3 young girls, running my own business and making time for the things I care most about. And over the years, I have learned a few key ingredients for doing the best I can, given the pressures and time constraints we all have.
My goal as a health coach is to guide women like yourselves to reach their greatest potential and wellness goals by offering practical, sustainable and delicious ways to make change.
I can't wait to meet you all in Laura's kitchen for a wellness experience, which will focus on "Revitalizing & Nourishing YOU"! Consider this a guilt-free evening (a little bubbly won't hurt) where you'll be feasting on nutrient rich meals with friends and leave inspired to make change.
